you're knowledge of your business is solid, but your knowledge of the computer is limited,
and you are working with a strict budget? This was the dramatic question at hand for Maxine Segich, owner of Essential Therapeutics. Maxine and her partner Becky were used to getting out when they need to; craft fairs, Shopping Malls, etc. But they also felt the need to expand their business to an on-line store that would be working for them when they weren't. |
| Maxine doesn't let her limitations prevent her from pursuing her dreams. She had us do all our work from her home office, where we not only set up her website, but helped troubleshoot all her computer difficulties; from dealing with tech support with the store creator software, to printer problems, to configuring UPS shipping expenses. We'd tackle one need at a time, one visit at a time. |   |

But Maxine didn't want someone to do all the work for her, just to be left at their mercy when a change needs to be made. She wanted to learn how to do it herself. Ever since the sessions began, she's been learning to program her own webpages, revise and upload the products, and even take photos of all her new products and put them into the website, all from her own computer. With all this new exposure and needs, she continues to maintain complete technical, administrative, and creative control over her business, website, and life... |
