I am currently selecting from a range of elite, skilled individuals who have a service/skill/ministry, etc. and are seeking out new ways to expand. I will work with them to produce their own video and market it online. If you think you may qualify, just read on...
There are many talented, skilled and knowledgable
individuals who provide a service, offer information,
teach a skill, etc. who have considered making a high-quality informative/instructional
video,
but do not have the resources to go about turning that dream into a reality.
Many of these same people have already achieved such success with their workshop/classes, that they are having a hard time meeting the demands of their customers/students without working themselves to death. Others still have a desire to expand their reach, but they are unsure as to what would be the most effective promotional material to do the job. The time may be right for you to consider your own high quality video production, at little or no cost to you. Read on...
What is Subsidy Producing?
Simply stated. I produce a video, based on your class/workshop/service/skill, etc. You are
charged a fee based on the hourly labor of my time. The videos are made available for sale
to the general public. The profits from the sale of the videos goes to paying off the
expense of producing the video. Once the production costs are paid off, all additional
sales are profit.
What do you need from me to qualify?
In order to give us reason to believe that your video will sell, You must have a
well-established, valuable service that is in demand. This could be a class that you teach
that regularly attracts students, or it could be a ministry you provide that regularly
attracts an audience. It may also be a skill you have acquired that you have turned into a
livelihood through word of mouth. In other words, you have valuable information, that
could be shared with others through video and audio. If you already have a following it
will not be that hard to find people interested in buying your video.
How are the tapes sold?
The tapes can be sold several ways. Primarily, you would purchase a pre-designated amount
from me. Then, after you sell those, you can purchase more as we go along. Once the
initial amount are purchased and paid for by you, and the production fees are paid in
full, I will begin to market the videos on-line. We will work out all the legal details
ahead of time so that you get your fare share of any incurred profits along the way for
your creative property. (This is not hard when you do it right).
How many tapes do I have to sell for this to not cost me anything?
It depends on the actual incurred production costs. A 30-mintue video will most likely
cost much less to produce than a 4-hour video. But, at the same time, the actual cost of
each tape will vary dependent on length. Usually, It takes about 30 tapes. I have all of
this spelled out in my press package, which I will give to you if you qualify. Also
included in the package is a sign-up sheet, which you can take to your classes to help you
discern how much interest there is in the videos.
Can I still make a video, even if I do not qualify?
We can still make a video, but you will still have to order the same amount of copies
upfront before we commit.
How soon after the videotaping before I get the final product?
Can I see samples of previous projects before I commit?
I continually add samples to my web site, but I also include actual high-quality video
and/or DVD samples in my promotional package.
Where will the videotaping take place?
Shooting location is entirely negotiable. All my equipment is geared for on-location
shooting. We can come to your studio/classroom/church/etc. or we can rent a place to do if
we need to, or do whatever shooting we need to in my studio space. Travel expenses are
factored into the production costs.
Do you produce DVDs as well as Videotape?
We can also produce and sell your video in DVD format. The advantage to DVDs is not just
the improved image quality, but also the ability to jump from chapter to chapter
instantly. This becomes particularly helpful with instructional videos.
I've never done a video before. Can I trust your professional discretion?
